In connection with my using and accessing Edmentum Sensei for Families (“Family Sensei”) and viewing the data, information and materials available on Family Sensei, I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the student whose information I will be accessing on Family Sensei and that there is no legal or other limitation restricting or preventing my right to access the student’s information on Family Sensei.
I agree to hold the student’s information in confidence and to refrain from sharing any Family Sensei details or log in information with any other person other than another parent or legal guardian of the student that I am provided access for. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree on behalf of myself and my student and our heirs and assigns to indemnify and hold Edmentum and its affiliates and their respective employees, agents, officers and assigns harmless from any claims, damages, fines, penalties or fees associated in any manner with my using Family Sensei or my accessing or sharing my student’s data, information or materials.
Edmentum may on occasion send you email correspondence related to your Family Sensei account. These transactional emails may include notification of new learner associations, updates to your account information and changes to our terms of use. By registering for Family Sensei, you agree to receive these transactional emails.
